Hi as i send emails to everyone please let me know what do you thinking and maybe we could put here ours ideas and thoughts about meetings and choose together one date which suit everyone etc

So, thank you to those who have let me know their availabilities. The best day for largest number of people is Thursday 8 October, so let's meet in the afternoon at 3 pm in front of townhall steps. Then we can either go to a cafe or Hyde Park if its a nice day.
I will make notes for those who are still interested in organising the multicultural movie series, but can't make it on Thursday. If you would like to have a particular job/role e.g. promotion or organising venues etc please let me know and I will make sure you're involved in that role.
