You will work in a small administrative team and perform a variety of administrative functions including:

Reception.

Administration.
-
Accounts Payable.
-
Accounts Receivable.
-
Book keeping to bank reconciliation in MYOB.

You will be trained in shipping documentation.

Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
You are an experienced administrator with the following:
-
Work experience using MYOB for accounts and book keeping to bank reconciliation. Experience in a production environment highly regarded.
-
A flexible and helpful disposition: you may be required to perform a variety of tasks and work extra days/hours as required.

You are reliable and interested in this position in an ongoing capacity.
