description:
You will work in a small administrative team and perform a variety of administrative functions including:
  • Reception.
  • Administration.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Accounts Receivable.
  • Book keeping to bank reconciliation in MYOB.
  • You will be trained in shipping documentation.
  • Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
You are an experienced administrator with the following:
  • Work experience using MYOB for accounts and book keeping to bank reconciliation. Experience in a production environment highly regarded.
  • A flexible and helpful disposition: you may be required to perform a variety of tasks and work extra days/hours as required.
  • You are reliable and interested in this position in an ongoing capacity.
We offer:
  • Part time hours- work Monday and Tuesday each week.
  • Work close to home in Hallam.
  • Training in shipping documentation provided to the right candidate.
  • $23 p/h (casual rate + super). This will be managed as an ongoing temp role with Staff Australia processing your pay.
