Small medical equipment company on the Northern Beaches is looking for a professional and capable administration assistant with a strong background in stock management, logistics, QA some purchasing and inventory and knowledge of ISO compliance.

Job
description:
Using your strong Word and Excel experience you will assist in the logistics and spare parts division, looking after stock ledger maintenance, assisting the service manager, organising returns under warranty and ordering spare parts and 3rd party items.

You will also assist with administration of marketing events/conferences as well as travel arrangements for the directors.
Requirements:
This is a busy challenging role that would suit someone interested in working 30 to 32 hours per week in a temp to permanent situation with an hourly rate of $25.
