I have a two bedroom, two level apartment right on Chapel Steet in Prahran.  The place if fully furnished except the room that you will be moving into. 

The apartment is conveniently located right next to coles, safeway (literally right next to!!), dan murphy's and other retailers.  It is also very convenient in terms of public transport.  There is a tram on chapel street which will take you into the city or to princess/dandenong road giving you acess to further trams, a 5 minute prahran tran station, 10 minute walk to south yarra station and a 10 minute walk to toorak road which will give you access to tram no 8 to go into the city.

The rent is $250 per week in addition to share of bills (excluding the water bill which I will be solely responsible for).

I am a 26 year old female professional. I am easy going and very considerate. I have previously shared before so I understand that sometimes you need you space.  I spend regular time at my boyfriend's house so you will at times have the house to yourself.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, considerate and respectful.

The room is available now and I will be happy to organise immediate inspection.
