We have a fully furnished room to rent out, 5 min walk to Como train station and takes 35mins by train to Town Hall station/city. Closest beach is Cronulla which is 15 mins away and Miranda Westfield and Sutherland is 5 to 10 mins away. The room have a bed (linen, pillow & blanket provided), desk, lamp, wardrobe/tallboy & a chair. This 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (you will share the bathroom & toilet with only 1 other flatmate) is in a nice quiet location in Como surrounded by Georges river and parks. It has all the modes including broadband internet, barbecue and a gym room (cross trainer and free weights inc bench) in the house. There are 2 young professionals/students, myself (a male working in the finance industry) and a Swedish female (working and studying in the marketing industry) living in the house at the moment and would love to welcome another female to join the household. If you want your own room and a place that is homely, clean, convenient, comfortable and will allow you to escape and unwind from the city but be still within reach of the city, then look no further as our house and our company will no doubt meet your requirements. Prices: $150 for your own room (includes all bills and excludes food and personal items) for 3 months or more stay. Require bond on arrival: 2 to 4 weeks, $300 to $600 depending on length of stay. Note: Rent to be paid in advance on a fortnightly basis. Bond payment will be returned upon departure. PS. Strictly no males, couples and smokers!
