Available 2/3/09. If you are new to Sydney and do not know how to find the right place to live, then read on.  You have probably gone from the city to the beach, even to the suburbs, looking at everything from share rooms in dirty houses to expensive stylish apartments.
Searched the internet for hours, unsure who to contact.
Afraid of getting stuck in a place where you can't really relax and you don't get along with your new housemates.

Well that was us. My girlfriend and I just wanted a clean place to call home in a suburb that wasn't dead.  We found it in Darlinghurst.

Now that we have finished working we are going to see more of Australia.
We have loved it here and will take away many great  memories of our stay in Sydney.
We are leaving behind a fully furnished double bedroom in a very private area of a really clean house where we have made some truly awesome friends.   The house has lots of space but is quiet, yet you step outside and you know you are in the middle of everything.Sydney has so many events and fun places to go to, and to be able to walk home at night was the best.

The cost  for a single person is $250/ Couple $320, and this includes most of the expenses, but there is a 4 week bond. (Yes the house has wireless internet).
