We (my girlfriend a Russian MacQuarie Student and me a German UTS Student) are looking for a flatmate to live in our spacious spare room. The flat has 2 Bedrooms and a great Livingroom and is in excellent condition, with balcony. All necessary furniture provided. There is also space in the Garage to park a Motorbike.
Lane Cove has a very nice Swimming Pool with Sauna and Steam Bath facilities and a great Fitness-Center is also available there.
The flat is exactly between Lane Cove and Chatswood in Lane Cove North.
Chatswood and Lane Cove are easy to reach by bus (5min) so is the City CBD (15 min) and MacQuarie University in North Ryde (20 min).
Artarmon train Station is 10 min walk.

If you want to come here you take bus number 288 or 292 from QVB at Stand C. It is the first stop after harbour bridge. Also 287, 289, 290, 293, 294 go from here as well as 143 (to Manly in 40 min), 144, 536, 200.
Very convenient location for City, Chatswood or Macquarie commuters. Manly Beach is 40 minutes away by bus.
