Sydney, Haymarket

 A lot of variety and the food is always fresh.
The decor is clean with a modern Chinese accent. The service is excellent and the choice of yum cha is excellent.
 
 And Interesting menu Shantung chicken (very crisp skin, sliced and covered with a light soy/vinegar sauce with schallots and chilli) was excellent. Reasonable value.
